Our Purpose
As an Ofsted registered provision Back On Track Housing is committed to prioritising the individual needs of each young person. Our partnership with other organizations ensures that the well-being of the young person remains our top priority. We offer a holistic approach to childcare, aiming to address the imbalances and challenges faced by children in the care system, including discrimination, racism, and negative stereotyping of sexuality. Our goal is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for all young people in our care.
Who Are Back On Track Housing?
A little About Us
Back On Track Housing is an Ofsted registered independent organisation that caters to individuals between the ages of 16 and 24. Our primary focus is on supporting young people who are working towards independence and preparing to transition from the care of the local authority to living independently as young adults. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for young people from diverse religious, cultural, ethnic, and sexuality backgrounds, including “Unaccompanied Minors” and those with “Refugee” status. Our goal is to empower and support these individuals as they navigate this important stage in their lives.
Our Environment
Back on Track Housing provides a supportive environment where young people can address their individual needs, whether they are categorised as “Low”, “Medium”, or “High”. Our goal is to assist them in living successfully within the community.
