Jason and Jeylan Flemming, founders of Back On Track Housing, understand the challenges that young people face today because they have experienced similar struggles in their own lives. Leaving home at a young age, they encountered loneliness and feelings of helplessness, which led to negative decision making. However, with the support of organisations and individuals, they were able to turn their lives around.
Receiving positive encouragement and support had a profound impact on Jason and Jeylan. It helped them recognise their skills, build self-belief, and gain confidence, ultimately setting them on the right path in life. Their personal experiences have fueled their passion to help other young people who are facing similar challenges. With their firsthand understanding of growing up in difficult circumstances and their desire to support young people, they are dedicated to making a difference.
Back On Track Housing has been established with the goal of helping young individuals find their purpose, reach their full potential, and make positive choices for their future. By providing the necessary support, they aim to empower young people in their care to start their journey into adulthood on the best possible footing.
