Care and Support

Our staff team provide 24-hour cover, for the young people at Back on Track Housing in a secure, safe and well-maintained environment. Premises will have trained members of staff on hand to assist at all times for that extra piece of mind and security. We ensure all staff go through water tight screening with enhanced DBS checks, verified qualifications and reliable references before being deployed to work with vulnerable young people at Back on Track Housing.
